Kara is a Radio personality in Atlanta and she found Sunset Images on The Knot. I had no idea who she was at the time, but  I was so excited to shoot this fabulous wedding at a Private Beach house in Santa Rosa Beach on Hwy. 30A.  Check Kara out on B98.5 if you live in the Atlanta, GA area!  Her and her boys are great and so friendly and kind!

I have now shot weddings with a fractured ankle (happened at the beginning of the wedding but all was well)( You can see the wedding here:Kim and James-Sandestin Florida Wedding Photographer ), the day after having surgery from stepping on a catfish (crazy, I know), with strep throat (I promise I didn’t get anyone sick), and now with FOOD POISONING!!!  It was rough but I pulled though with the help of my amazing second, Sabrina Hull. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her help, especially during the end of the reception!  I think I overdosed on Immodium (TMI?) but made it until the end! It is crazy what you can accomplish sometimes.  ;). There was no way I was missing this wedding!

And just like I was thinking, It was amazing!  Kara made the stunning Flower Altar for the ceremony!  It was to die for!  She had ghost chairs (clear) for her guests, which I just loved!  Kara’s precious pup Bebe was by her side the whole day and even had her own bridesmaid’s dress!  It just adorable!  Kara had not one, but two stunning dresses!  The lace mermaid dress was perfect for the ceremony and the chiffon A-line flowed so beautifully on the dance floor!  Kara’s co-workers were the Djs and rocked everyone through the night!   The night ended with a fabulous sparkler exit and lots of cheers!  Congratulations Kara and Ryan!!!!!!!!!
